Privacy requests
You can ask Felix for a summary of the personal data it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, or name someone to act for you.
How to ask
Email hello@felixwealth.in and say which you want: a summary, a correction, an erasure or a nominee.
What to send
Only what we need to find your details: the email address you signed up to the Felix Brew with, or the email address or mobile number on your Felix account. Do not send PAN, bank, folio or health details.
Stopping the Felix Brew
Unsubscribe with the link in any edition; you do not need to write to us.
How long it takes
We acknowledge a request or complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 7 days; none stays open beyond one month.
If you are not satisfied
Once you have raised it with us, you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
