Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Felix ("the Platform"), a software product owned and operated by Quanthm Bit Works Pvt. Ltd. ("the Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Felix is a software platform for mutual fund distributors and financial professionals. It provides practice-management tools including portfolio analytics, client management and AI-assisted workflows. Felix is a technology tool: it does not provide investment advice, distribute financial products, or execute transactions, and nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any security.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account, including team-member seats you create.
- We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Access to the Platform is provided on paid subscription plans, billed in advance for the chosen period plus applicable GST.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI credentials.
- Subscription periods, pricing and inclusions are shown at the point of purchase; a GST tax invoice is issued for every payment.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform — including attempting unauthorised access, reselling access without our consent, scraping at scale, or using the Platform to violate any law or regulation (including SEBI and AMFI regulations applicable to your business).
5. Client data
You retain ownership of the client data you bring to the Platform. You confirm you have the necessary consents to process your clients' data through the Platform, including data obtained via the Account Aggregator framework.
6. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, software and content are the Company's intellectual property. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". Analytics and AI-generated content are informational aids and may contain errors — verify before relying on them professionally. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Access ends when your subscription period ends. We may terminate for material breach with notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. What you may not post
Whether you use Felix's app or only read felixwealth.in, you may not post or send through Felix anything false or misleading, impersonate anyone, share anything unlawful, or infringe anyone’s patent, trademark or copyright, for example by uploading a fund house’s logo you have no right to use.

12. Fund house material
Felix supplies and licenses no rankings, ratings, “top fund” badges, testimonials or projections for any fund house’s advertisements or NFO material, Choice Mutual Fund’s included.
13. The free trial
New accounts start with a free trial of 3 days from registration. It needs no card and never turns into a paid plan by itself, so nothing is charged when it ends. After it ends you can keep working in Felix, and downloads and sharing unlock when you choose a plan under Subscription.
14. Advertisements
Felix takes any advertisement or sponsored placement on these terms: the advertiser warrants that it complies with SEBI, AMFI and exchange rules, gives its approval reference and indemnifies Felix. Felix may change or remove an advertisement within 24 hours of a direction or notice from the Central Consumer Protection Authority.
15. Renewal
Paid plans never renew or charge you by themselves. Felix keeps no card or payment mandate: each payment, made through Razorpay, buys a set period of your plan or seats, and to carry on after it ends you pay again under Subscription.
