How long it takes
- We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours.
- We resolve it within 7 days.
- No complaint stays open beyond one month.
What to send
Only what we need to find what you are writing about: the page’s address, or the email address or mobile number on your account or Brew sign-up. Do not send PAN, bank, folio or health details.
If you are not satisfied
Once you have raised a complaint about your personal data here, you can also take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
